Muo provides two ways of attaching icons to channels:
- Serving icons provided by Muo
- Specifying icon URLs
You can specify which option you prefer on the Settings page.
Serving icons by Muo
Section titled “Serving icons by Muo”Muo binary can serve icons, provided by EPG.ONE. During the first startup the package with icons will be downloaded and processed for further sharing with viewers.
To activate this feature - on the Settings page, select the according setting and specify the public URL of Muo, that is visible from your clients’ devices.
The next generated playlist will use the correlating links to Muo.
Icon shop
Section titled “Icon shop”By default, Muo tries to detect the matching icon for a given channel automatically. However, you can configure it manually on the channel edit page.
Specifying icon URLs
Section titled “Specifying icon URLs”However, an option of specifying custom URLs for channel icons is also available. Specify the As-is option on the Settings page and edit the created channels.
